TYPES OF MATERIALS

Polyester 115gsm

Polyester 115gsm is a very thin textile which allows the printed graphics to be seen from both sides. Used for beach flags and traditional flags.

Polyester 210gsm

A textile fabric with a B1 fire certificate for flame retardancy. Ideal for soft banners and backdrops. Easy to pack and transport crease free.

Airmesh Flag 115gsm

Evolon Microfibre 130gsm

Artist Premium 200gsm

A polyester fabric with a tight weave, excellent for large format tension-framed graphics. Printed at up to 5m wide using outstanding UV technology and can be used indoors or outdoors. B1 fire rating.

Airtex 330gsm

Easy to clean, fire and scratch resistant fabric, ideal for exhibition stands, wall coverings and retail displays. Water repellent. The grey back helps to cover unevenly coloured backgrounds.

Veil 52gsm

A very thin textile which allows the printed graphics to be seen from both sides. Used in theatres for soft backdrops with lighting effects and also to produce 3D-look graphics by combining with a thicker material behind. This provides depth and movement to a display.

FINISHING

We finish fabric prints to your specification – all included in the price.

HEMS

All our fabrics are hemmed as standard. PVC-based materials are high frequency welded whilst our fabrics are stitched. Hemming adds strength to the banner edges and helps to prevent damage or fraying.

EYELETS

Metal eyelets can be fitted around all or just some edges of your print. These give you secure points to attach clips, ropes or bungee shock cord in order to fit your banner at each venue.

POCKETS

Pole pockets or sleeves allow you to slide poles or bars through the top or bottom of a banner to aid fixing. You can use PVC or metal tubing, wooden dowels or even broom handles.
